***Subsidy is available to City of Lockport residents. Limit of ONE subsidized rain barrel & ONE Composter per household. Must be City of Lockport resident to qualify for subsidy. Orders will be verified by staff. (Bonnie Brae & Lockport Heights residents are welcome to purchase items at unsubsidized rate).***
