There are two ways to receive your order. Please see below for more information and choose which delivery method works best for you.

Rain barrels are available for pickup at the Upcycle Factory Store by appointment.

Home Delivery via Fed Ex or UPS
** Orders placed for Home Delivery will be delivered 10 - 15 business days after your order has been approved by the City of Joliet **
*** Subsidy is available to current Joliet water customers. Customers with past due accounts will not be eligible until account is paid in full. Each household is eligible for three (3) subsidized barrels during the duration of the program. Additional barrels can be purchased for full price ***

Joliet 55 Gallon Rainbarrel (subsidized) “AVAILABLE TO CITY OF JOLIET WATER CUSTOMERS ONLY”

Description
- Made from Pre-Used barrels of High Density Polyethylene Plastic they can be left outdoors even in the winter months so there is no need to modify your downspouts in the Spring and Fall.
- Heavy duty screening keeps even the smallest mosquitoes out, such as Adieus which are known to carry Zika Virus.
- Uniquely designed with plastic fittings that match the rate of expansion and contraction of barrel plastic from season to season to avoid leakage
- May be slight scratching or scuffs due to previous overseas transportation.
- Comes in 55 Gallon size and a variety of colors to blend with any landscaping scheme.
- Exact shape of the barrels may vary due to availability but the color and size remain true.
- Because these barrels were originally used to transport food, there may be residual food product odor. The residual odor will disspiate after a few full barrel filling cycles.
- We use a PH balanced, environmentally friendly soap when cleaning so that the water gathered can immediately be used on plants without harm
- BPA Free
